Eiland Cattle Company is a family owned and operated Longhorn Ranch located in Hye, Texas. Hye is one hour west of Austin on Hwy 290 between Fredericksburg and Johnson City. We are a Texas Longhorn Breeders Association of America (TLBAA) registered Longhorn cattle ranch producing home-grown pasture raised beef that has been USDA/State inspected. Our family run operation takes pride in producing premium LEAN longhorn beef that’s carefully raised, traceable, and grown on our green grass pastures.
