We believe in producing only the highest quality longhorn beef, which comes from cattle that are raised with integrity and diligently cared for by our family. Our cattle are born and raised humanely on our family ranch in Hye, Texas. Treating our cattle gently is an important part of our humane practices. They spend their entire lives as our pasture pets being hand fed, roaming on fresh grass and clean water, never given hormones, just as nature intended. Our family grows and cultivates our own hay. Our pasture raised beef is like no other. It’s clean, delicious and HEART healthy.
